ParameterInfo.IsLcid 屬性

取得值，指出這個參數是否為地區設定識別項 (Locale Identifier，LCID)。

這個方法取決於選擇性元數據旗標。 編譯程式可以插入此旗標，但編譯程式不一定要這麼做。
這個方法會 Lcid 利用列舉值的 ParameterAttributes 旗標。
若要取得陣列，請先取得 ParameterInfo 方法或建構函式，然後呼叫 MethodBase.GetParameters。
