CRM4book Our friends at Sonoma Partners announces the pre-order of the Book 'Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0'. They warn the book description was copied from the CRM 3.0 book so they say not to put much stock in this description. But they promise to get the description updated soon.

I like the writers of this book because they have the skill and expertise to make this book a good read and a reference for your bookshelf. Mike Snyder and Jim Steger are the authors of this and the CRM 3.0 book. So if there's anything you want to see added to the book, get your suggestions to them at the Sonoma Partners blog.

I suspect that the authors appreciate feedback and are very responsive to making changes or additions at this stage, that is to say before the book is actually published. Based upon your reading of the CRM 3.0 book you might have some user input that isn't intuitive to the authors at this point.
