At 1 min 30 secs into video 3 we recieved confirmation that you do in fact work for microsoft.
"a whole bunch of REALLY NEW COOL ..."
How cool and exchange got into the same sentence I'll never know, but this phrase is used bt every MS employee of any nationality at EVERY public function. I've been checking for years. - Anonymous

David,
You've got to be an under-the-covers geek like me to understand why things like per-property ACLs and security roles are cool, but trust me, they really are.
Another cool feature: reliable direct simultaneous filesystem access to the message store.
And we couldn't get any of them working without switching to the NT security model (because it was that much more flexable).
Now this stuff isn't as glitzy as a new UI feature, but in the world of under-the-covers systems (which is where I live all the time), it's really cool. - Anonymous

My comment is mostly about the phrase "REALLY NEW COOL" as I check every MS public function for a speaker who DOESN"T say this. I've yet to come across one.
Plumbing is important as everything else springs from that. Still an audio driver is not something that is considered kewl (how young people say cool). Likewise in an army, the trucks that enable an army to do anything (incl eating) aren't considered cool despite the fact no trucks means tha army can't do anything except starve to death (though if smart they'll desert). An army is fine without a tank or a helicopter but needs trucks. I'm not aware of any web sites about supply trucks. - Anonymous

An audio driver can be pretty cool, just like a new layout for an ACL can be cool. It's not eye candy, but it's cool :)
It depends on your point of view.
