Mango Chicken

No, it's not a cryptic subject – it's a recipe for a lovely Mango sauce I tried last night.

Ingredients

[Added thanks to C - 1 Mango)

1 Onion

2 Cloves Garlic

Pinch Chile Flakes

80ml Cream

Splash of white wine.

Gently sauté the onion, garlic and chile flakes.

When soft add the cream, white wine and mango and simmer for 10 minutes.

Blend and it's ready to serve.

The wife seemed to like it, but she was so hungry I think she would have eaten anything last night.

    Hmmm, seems like I missed off the main ingredient. It's 1 whole Mango. Not much of a mango sauce without mango. Apologies to all those who tried it and were dissapointed :)
