Trying Xobni, Again...
I tried it a while back and didn't like the performance so thought I would give it another go. If you haven't heard of it yet, here is a blurb from the site:
===
Xobni is the Outlook plug-in that saves you time finding email conversations, contacts and attachments.
After a quick install, you'll see the new Xobni toolbar appear in Outlook - and suddenly information will become much easier to find. When a new email arrives, the sender's full communication history appears in the Xobni sidebar, including past conversations, attachments and contact details. Xobni also includes a blazing fast email search tool.
===
So far it seems way better than before in terms of speed which was really the only problem I had with it. Let me know your experiences...

Matt, Things look good so far for the product, can you explain the "fighting outlook" comment? I think it would be interesting to know some of the challenges you have faced particularly as many of my readers also like to do Outlook Add-Ins and could benefit from your learnings.Anonymous

I completely agree with you. Xobni was a complete hog of resources. It turned me off bad. So how much have they sped it up?Anonymous

I really like it now. No issues so far at all. I'll have a chance to really put it though its paces in two weeks when I am on the road again.Anonymous

I love Xobni - it makes my email so much easier to parse through when finding things. I just noticed, however, that the LinkedIn connection doesn't refresh when I connect with someone new. I received an email from a person who was in my network - Xobni shows 3rd level LinkedIn. We then connect changing the level to 1st in LinkedIn. Anyone know how to refresh the Xobni record to show 1st? Thanks
