Customer Service?

So, I'm getting ready to move soon and was at an unnamed provider trying to get some questions answered online.  The chat window looked like this:

Hmmm.  Not sure how to handle the situation on this one.  I can only hope the queue goes fast but,

sadly, even as I was writing this post here is what the chat window says now:

I think I may be hosed here... :(

 

(2 hours later) so no support chat but when I get fed up and go buy the services anyway guess what? 

I have to CHAT with them to complete the order....NOOO!!!!!

 

But then, I get this in about two seconds:

image

 

So, i guess there are two chat systems:  one if you are paying and one if you want support...good times :P
