WS-Eventing Republished

WS-Eventing was republished today with Sun and IBM joining in the effort.  This is great news as it proves that the industry is reaching agreement around a composable architecture for the WS-* specifications.  Note also that WS-Eventing references WS-Addressing (recently submitted to the W3C), further proving out the benefits of the workshop process.
