soap.udp for WSE 2.0

I opened up my aggregator and immediately saw multiple posts about SOAP over UDP.  I was just about to ponder how long it would be before someone implements soap.udp for WSE, but it looks like HerveyW already did.

    Hi, i also developed two more custom transports for WSE2: Memory Mapped Files and Named Pipes.
