Getting Back To Work

I've been pretty busy over the past few weeks, as I have been wrapping up a bunch of employee related activities. You know, things like performance reviews, setting commitments / goals for the coming year, scrubbing budgets, fine tuning plans , adjusting scorecards & kpis.

I've also been interviewing candidates for new roles in my team, as well as being on the interview loop for other hiring managers, and putting together the job descriptions for some new roles that will be coming up in my team.

Then, there's been a number of far reaching meetings that I I have had to be part of, as well as a number of training / compliance things that I need to get completed.

This hasn't left me with much time for blogging, or reading blogs, or listening to podcasts, or the countless other things I need to do to keep up to speed in this fast paced world we live in.

C'est La Vie.
