Finding People's Blogs

In the lift today at work, a collegue asked me how to find people's
blogs.

He told me he would go to a search engine
and type in the name of the person but he couldn't find them.

Now, the
topic of blog discovery is well
known and frequently
discussed, and the supply of blog
search engines is plentiful.

I wasn't going to bore him with meta directory blah blah blah. Plus, it was
only a short lift ride.

I ask if he was looking for an Australian blogger . He said yes.

I told him to just go to Gnoos.

He tells me that he found the person he was looking for.
