Fargo, home of ... Snow?

So it turns out I'm to visit Fargo this month. Having lived in the mid-west all of my youth, Fargo was never considered a must-see venue. But I have seen the movie.   ;o)

This trip promises to be interesting and fun on a number of levels. First of all, we are working to improve our CRM customer and partner portals for all of the Dynamics product lines. No small challenge this, as we have been the leader in that space for a while.

We also get to visit with some fun people who I really enjoy working with. The gang will have to get our imaginations on to make the improvements we would like to see in this space. And there are many new Internet venues coming on line that we need to do a good job of evaluating so that we don't create a duplicate of what is already available. 

Some of the things we'd like to improve on is including a bigger segment of the CRM users and management as active community members, making the process of answering customers questions easier, and providing a one stop portal to the CRM community. 

I always learn something on these kind of trips. I wonder what it will be this time, eh? Ufdah, I might even enjoy the food which I hear is one of the under lauded aspects of this trip.
