    Hi Eric, That looks like FeedDemon - double click on the tab to close it... S.

    most of the time, you can middle click a tab to close it.

    Thanks Steve. Well spotted on FeedDemon :-) And yep - there are "none visual" ways of working with these UIs - but I just dislike "mouse miles" at the moment :-)
