Try to contact us recently?
Based on a customer comment made in a request to Mike Hall yesterday it appears that mails sent to us via the contact link at the top of the blog were falling into the bit bucket. This issue has probably been occurring since the Community Server upgrade a couple weeks ago. In any case, I think I resolved the problem last night.
Please resend your mail via the contact page, or you're also always welcome to send mail to wecrt @ microsoft.com for bug reports, comments, feature suggestions or just plain venting. You speak, I listen and learn, you benefit. Thank you.
