De Last-Write tijd ophalen

In het volgende voorbeeld wordt de functie GetFileTime gebruikt om de laatste schrijftijd voor een bestand op te halen. Hiermee wordt de tijd geconverteerd naar lokale tijd op basis van de huidige tijdzone-instellingen en wordt een datum- en tijdtekenreeks gemaakt die kan worden weergegeven aan de gebruiker.
