    Yeah, and I heard somewhere the PDC "release" will be only an RC!

    Yikes, this slippage doesn't sound good and what affect it'll have on the September release who knows. Certainly it has weakend my case for the company I work at to move from the VC6 compiler straight to VC8 skipping VC71. Man justifying the business case is really hard enough as it is.
