    Running in the morning is great, it's the way i started and i'm still keeping it up.

    Get up 6:15am, leave the appartment 6:30am be back around 7am (except when i take on the 10km) :) i usually get to work around 8:30

    Yeah, my problem is the getting up at 6:15am. I don't go to bed until midnight most nights, so i don't get up until 8ish, so i don't go to bed until midnight - it is a vicious cycle.
