Sometimes faxes are the best way to contact your customers. To keep your name in front of your customers and maintain your branding, you use your company letterhead, but your fax template is in Microsoft Word and the account information is in Microsoft CRM 3.0. It can be time consuming to open both applications and then copy and paste information from one to the other. Even more steps are required to scan the fax so that you can attach the document to the account record in Microsoft CRM. Wouldn’t it be great to skip some of those steps?
