Ultimate CSS Gradient Generator

“CSS3 gradients are hard. Let's go shopping!”

Ultimate CSS Gradient Generator

Today, I blogged about my experiences with CSS3 gradients in IE10 PP1. In short, they’re not the easiest things to get right, especially in a cross-browser supported manner; translating the differences that exist between them can be a challenge. Well, never fear! Help is here! Earlier this week, Alex Sirota (@iosart) updated his Ultimate CSS Gradient Generator to support IE10 gradients! Check it out!

Unfortunately, the tool doesn’t support radial or repeating gradients at this time. However, if you’re looking for help with linear gradients that allow you to support IE10 and other browsers, this is it!

    Too bad the gradient generator tries to get you off of IE9 when you hit it.  Gave a popup with the following message - "Looks like your browser doesn't fully support CSS gradients. You need recent version of Firefox,  Chrome, or Safari to use this tool."

    @jhealy: That's because IE9 does not support CSS3 gradients. IE10 does! :)

    Didn't see IE10 in their "recent versions" list to try out.  Nice "pass along" suggestion since you got a relationship with them?
