The Microsoft Operations Framework 4.0 is now available for download! MOF 4.0 applies service management mof4.0concepts to the tasks and challenges that you the IT Pro face each and every day. The guidance it provides put IT Pro's in the spotlight-it speaks to your needs and provides you with job aids to help you make sound decisions.
