Tabbed browsing interface
I try to get myself used to tabbed browsing - it is an interesting concept. Not only Firefox has this feature - you can find it in IE too!
Maxthon is a powerwful web extension that brings these little tabs to the IE world: https://www.maxthon.com/en/index.htm

IE actually was the first browser to have tabbed browsing, in IE 3.x (and maybe in 4.x). It was dropped for usability reasons, just like any other MDI UI. - Anonymous

Maxthon isn't a web extension - it's the browser formerly known as myIE2.
If I'm going to abandon IE6 for tabbed browsing, it'll be for one of the Mozilla clients. - Anonymous

Good correction - sorry. I thought that Maxthon is a IE addon but it is a separate standalone browser.
Still, it uses IE rendering engine... :-) - Anonymous

I find tabbed browsing most useful when you can set the browser to open links in the background in a new tab. Especially handy if you are scanning down a news site looking for articles.
If the browser won't do this automatically, you can use the middle button to open links in new tabs instead of windows. - Anonymous
