Set up Coaching in a Viva Glint survey

Use the Coaching section of Microsoft Viva Glint survey setup to customize the content that managers use to view and interpret results on their Team Summary dashboard.

Edit default Coaching content

To edit the default content for Interpretation, Top Strengths, and Top Opportunities guidance:

  1. Select Edit next to the item to be updated.

  2. In the edit pane that appears, make updates to the Header, Coaching Text, and Select Resource fields to customize content for strengths and opportunities. The Select Resource option is the only editable content for the Interpretation guide.

  3. If needed, use the Language dropdown menu to make updates in all available dashboard languages.

  4. Select Save Changes.

Manage Team Conversations content

When Viva Glint Admins enable Team Conversations for a Recurring survey, there are two additional sections in Coaching:

  • Team Conversation Presentation Guidance
  • Team Conversation Resource Guidance
