Setting Mailing Options for a Schedule

With Schedule Mailing Options, users can specify who will be notified about the schedule and what information to include in the message.

To set mailing options for a schedule

  1. When creating a job schedule, select the Mailing Options tab.

  2. In the Email and CC boxes, type the e-mail addresses of the users to whom you want to send the messages.

    Note  The Email setting defaults to the e-mail address of the job creator.

  3. Select the information about the job/test case to send by e-mail.

  4. When you finish scheduling the job, click the Create Schedule button.
