Extend your Copilot agent

You can extend, enhance, or edit the Copilot agent you've created in Microsoft 365 Copilot for Service in Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio.

In Copilot for Service, select Extend with Copilot Studio in the menu to go to Copilot Studio.

You can use Copilot Studio to extend AI agents as follows:

  1. Create and orchestrate sophisticated logic and workflows.Topics determine how your AI agent converses with a user. You can use Copilot Studio to view the topics configured for the AI agent, update, or add new topics to suit your business needs.

  2. Use connectors from the Microsoft Power Automate connector library.You can create new topics in Copilot Studio that allow your AI agent to use Power Automate flows.

  3. Manage errors you encounter while publishing the AI agent. Learn more in Publish your agents.

You can extend your AI agent using any functionality available within Copilot Studio.
