Operations only used by OneNote Online

The following operations are only used by OneNote for the web and aren't required to integrate with Microsoft 365 for the web or Microsoft 365 for mobile. These are included for completeness but don't need to be implemented.

OneNote for the web integration isn't included in the Microsoft 365 - Cloud Storage Partner Program.
