System usage and invoicing
The Dragon Medical system collects system usage data; you receive monthly invoices based on this collected data.
The monthly invoice from Nuance is a brief statement of the number of active users across all your production organizations. In order to invoice your customers, you might need more detailed usage information; for example, the number of active users in individual production organizations for a specific time period.
For a highly customizable report for a specific time period at the level of organizations, partners, apps and individual users, run the speech usage report in NMC.
Running the speech usage report
Proceed as follows:
- Sign in to NMC and select Reports > Cloud Usage.
- Enter the criteria for getting and sorting the information and select Search.
- To export the results as a CSV file, select the disk icon in the lower right of the results page:
