A bit of self-congratulation

We're very happy to share with you that TechNet Magazine has been honored with four Society of Technical Commnunications awards!  We're particularly proud to have received an excellence award in the category of scholarly/professional journals, as well as an excellence award for our Active Directory Component Jigsaw poster!  We also received awards of merit in the scholarly/professional articles category for two articles, "Playing with Exchange in a Sandbox" by Greg Taylor and Simon Shepherd (August 2006 issue) and "Deconstructing Common Security Myths" by Jesper Johansson and Steve Riley (May/June 2006 issue).

And there's more: Our sister publication, MSDN Magazine, also won three STC awards!

A big thank you to Greg Taylor, Simon Shepherd, Jesper Johansson, Steve Riley, and Martin and Astrid McClean (of poster fame), as well as to the entire magazine staff, for their hard work and great contributions!
