Coffee and cables

I took this a while back whilst squatting in an office on our Redmond campus. The worlds shortest Ethernet cable. What would you use something of this length for? Routing?

    I've seen one of those used between two switches one above the other in a server rack, useful for keeping the rack tidy. But admittedly not many other uses :)
