Qualified Linux Guest Operating Systems

The following Linux operating systems have been tested and are on the list of supported guests for Virtual Server 2005 R2:

Enterprise distributions:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 2.1 (update 6)

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 (update 6)

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0

SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 9.0

Standard distributions:

Red Hat Linux 7.3

Red Hat Linux 9.0

SuSE Linux 9.2

SuSE Linux 9.3

SuSE Linux 10.0

Support

Customers who deploy supported guest operating
systems in Virtual Server 2005 R2 can get product support through their
normal Virtual Server 2005 R2 support channels. The Virtual Machine
Additions for Linux will also be supported through the same channels.
