Issues with Azure.
Hello, I recently created an Azure account but I'm facing lot of issues after realizing it created the account as personal instead of an organizational account mapped to my domain. In my attempt to fix the problem I opened a new account pointing to my custom domain. I ended up with two accounts under the same email address. Then I tried fixing it with the take ownership process but I made the mistake of doing it under the account that was being detected as personal, so it closed the access on the organizational account.. After that I have not been able to create a new account as organizational using my custom domain. It doesn't allow me to create the account. My payment method is not being detected as valid. That's the only one I have valid at the moment. I tried removing it from the personal account but it seems it doesn't work. I've tried cancelled the free tier subscription and then attempting creating the new account but issue remains. I can't find a way to get in contact with you directly from the portal. I upgraded to the Developer plan in my attempt of being able to create a support ticket but it was the same thing.. I just found this portal and I hope I can get all this fixed. I have spent a lot of hours trying to fix all this mess.. Please help.
