After getting a new phone, MFA is not working for B2C tenant. The Entra ID tenant works fine. I have never had a problem creating a support ticket. However, when I tried today to create a support ticket, I was forced to this stupid "Ask a question" site. This very frustrating since I pay a monthly support fee. I also called the support number just to verify on hold for an hour before hanging up.

Based on your description, it appears that you are unable to log into the Azure AD B2C tenant Azure Portal due to an incomplete MFA process. Since the you have got a new mobile, you are not getting any MFA prompts, you are unable to complete the authentication.
In such scenarios, another Global Administrator can help to re-register MFA on a new mobile device. However, if you are the only Global Admin in the tenant, this qualifies as a tenant lockout scenario. To resolve this, we need to engage the Data Protection team via a support ticket to unblock your access.
To proceed, I will need a few details from you. As this information contains Personally Identifiable Information (PII), please share the following details via private message:
• Contact phone number (add +Country code)
• Contact email address
• Global admin email address of B2C tenant (affected account)
• B2C Tenant ID or B2C domain name (.onmicrosoft.com)

Regarding your new experience while create a support ticket from Azure Portal, On February 12, 2025, the developer support plan provided a new experience where you receive business hours access to Support Engineers on Microsoft Q&A with prioritized responses, as the first line of support.

Currently the new experience is only limited to Developer support plan only and for all other support plans, customers can continue to use portal as first engagement mode.
