Unable to create a new Azure tenant

Hi folks.
I have removed all tenants linked to my account and I am not able to create a new one, I am facing the following error:
Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'REDACTED' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.
I had created tenants in the past but looks like something went wrong.
