I submitted a ticket 9 days ago about how I can apply the credits granted in the Start Up founders program to my current subscription. I received 1 response and haven't heard back in 9 days.
I'm trying to follow the scarce documentation online, but everything I find doesn't match up with what I'm seeing.
I submitted a new ticket and it says I should receive a response back in 8 days. But at this point my level of trust is so low, I don't know what to do.
My question is: How can I apply the credits granted to an existing subscription?

I guess that you will need to use a new subscription. They probably activated a sponsored subscription on your Azure directory. If doesn't check your email, bucause you may need do some registration.
You can move your entire resource group at overview screen. By clicking on move at subscription data.
