How to resolve error while copying "Not Implemented" when trying to copy/paste .eml files from local PC's Outlook 365 to remote desktop.

I am unable to drag/drop or copy/paste an .eml file directly from outlook to my remote desktop. The only workaround i have found is to copy/paste the file to my local desktop, then copy paste that to the remote desktop. Does anyone know what would be causing this and any way to fix so i can directly do this? Adding the extra step isnt a big deal once a day but we are talking 40+ times per day i am doing this.
