Based on the description, I understand your question is related to issue after upgrade.
Check that you have the correct credentials for the shared printer. You might need to create user accounts and passwords on the print server for each user accessing the printer.
Use the ping command with your printer's IP address to ensure network connectivity is established.
Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall programs that might be blocking the connection.
Try adding the shared printer manually through the Control Panel:
Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Click on Add a printer.
Select The printer that I want isn't listed.
Choose Select a shared printer by name and enter the path to the printer (e.g., \PrintServer\PrinterName).
Restart the Print Spooler service to clear any stuck print jobs:
Open Services (type services.msc in the Run dialog). Find Print Spooler in the list. Right-click and select Restart.
