Monthly premium went from $2,26 per month to $53.79?
Good afternoon;
For over one week now I have been trying to have a billing issue that began in October of 2024 resolved. Microsoft support by phone, provides a link then says, "good-bye". When trying to access the links, they are, "blocked, that is blocked, or, "currently unavailable". I not been able to obtain any support person via phone or email.
I have sent this question in previously, again provided with a link that lead nowhere. In reading the Community questions regarding this same issue, they too are experiencing the same frustration and cancelling their subscriptions, which I too will be forced to do.
