    Hi Jim and Ann Power,

    To cancel your free Microsoft 365 Business Standard trial before billing starts, go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.

    Navigate to Billing > Products & services, find your subscription, and select the option to cancel it. Make sure to do this before the trial period ends to avoid any charges.
