I installed sharepoint 2010 on my windows 11 computer and it will not uninstall using control panel uninstall

According to the information you provided and the research I have done, I may understand that you want to uninstall SharePoint Designer 2010 in a way other than the control panel. If there is anything wrong, please correct me.
If there are no problems, it is recommended you please try using Settings App to uninstall the SharePoint Designer 2010.
In addition, based on your description, we understand that there is an issue with uninstalling SharePoint Designer 2010 in the Control Panel that is causing the unsuccessful uninstallation.
If so, you can also try the following method to fix the issue and uninstall SharePoint Designer 2010 again.
