Service stuck in "Starting" state.

Hello,
This is actually for Windows Server 2025. I have a service that is not starting. It is stuck in a "starting" state. Rebooting does not fix it. Tried to disable the service but it remains in a "starting" state. Tried to do a selective startup with the service disabled. It still shows it to be in a "starting" state. Have tried to uninstall the product, but the uninstall hangs and eventually times out.
The service in question is the Quickbooks Database Manager. Any help would be appreciated.

Gerhard Mayrhofer 0 Reputation points2025-03-13T10:23:42.5233333+00:00 I have the same issue with the WAS Service. Taskkill doesn't help because the service starts immediately starts again an runs in the same issue.
