I am trying to create B2C policy - a custom policy to get a HTML banner page displayed before the microsoft login screen. For that the custom policies should be enabled in Azure B2C tenant.
i have created Azure b2C tenant but the custom policies are not enabled. Could you please advice on how this can be enabled to configure the custom policies.?

Are you able to see the "Identity Experience Framework" option under policies? Are there any challenges you're facing while configuring the Azure AD B2C custom policies? Could you please provide a screenshot?
In the meantime, I recommend you go through this document to display the banner logo on the sign-in page using company branding.
