Authenticater won't link outlook email

I can't get one of my outlook email accounts to link with my authenticator to let me sign. When I try to add the account to my authenticator it keeps wanting to verify the account in the authenticator, but it isn't even linked to my authenticator for me to be able to verify it and there's not a sign in with password option.

    How are you? hope you are fine.

    this issue comes when you forget the steps from start(Begining of the process), any have follow the steps with the Bellow link, and scan from Authenticator app that outlook shows scanner.
