how to fix error message, sorry, we couldn't find C:\windows\System32\file name.xlsm. is it possible it was removed, renamed or deleted

i have an excel saved on the C:\windows\System32\ but when i try to open it brings the error message, is it possible it was removed, renamed or deleted. i also attached the error. i need support on how to fix this issue.Excel

    Did you go to the file location and check if the file existed?

    Ensure the file is still in the C:\Windows\System32\ directory. Sometimes files can be moved or deleted accidentally.
