Around 100 people in our organization are looking to transition to MS Teams. We would require outbound calling to international numbers.

Could you confirm if it’s possible to port all our existing Skype numbers to MS Teams? Additionally, does MS Teams offer any business calling packages for international calls?

Looking forward to your guidance.

    HI @Sheetal Mahajan

According to your case description, it is recommended that you learn about migrating from Skype to Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams offers different calling plans, including international calling plans.

If you want to port all existing Skype numbers to MS Teams, you need to create a "porting order" to transfer these phone numbers to Microsoft Teams. Please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the Teams admin center and open the Phone numbers page.
    2. In the right-hand corner, select Actions.
    3. Select the Get phone number support link.

To go directly to phone number support, see Phone Number Service Center.

For more information on port process, see Transfer phone numbers to Microsoft Teams.

If you open a request with Telephone Number Services team to port hybrid telephone numbers (migrating from Direct Routing or operator connect to calling plans), make sure you include a note stating that the numbers are hybrid phone numbers.

In addition, please also refer to the considerations for upgrading from Skype for Business Online to Microsoft Calling. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
