dummy survey for demo purpose

In our organization, we have a Viva Workplace Analytics and Employee Feedback license assigned to a single account (e.g., ******@org.onmicrosoft.com). While we can access Glint and Pulse, we are unable to access Insights. Upon checking, we found that a minimum of 10 users is required to generate insights. Our question is: Do we need 10 separate users with a Viva Workplace Analytics and Employee Feedback license, or will having 10 users with a Microsoft account be sufficient?

Is there any solution to create a dummy survey for demo purpose. without all of these?

    According to official documentation: a minimum of 10 licenses is required to be assigned in order for data processing to kick off. Data processing takes an estimated 3-5 days from license assignment.

    To generate insights, you indeed need a minimum of 10 users. These users must have a Viva Workplace Analytics and Employee Feedback license assigned to them. Simply having 10 users with a Microsoft account will not be sufficient.
