Default Outbound in Azure Will be Retired - Will this affect our Windows 365 Cloud PCs?

We have a large number of Windows 365 Cloud PCs. Will these be affected by the upcoming change to disable default outbound connectivity in Azure VMs?

    Hi Victor Wallick,

    I think this is correct, it applies to windows cloud PCs too, look at this Network requirements for Windows 365 | Microsoft Learn

    Starting September 30, 2025, Microsoft will retire default outbound internet access for new Azure VMs, including Windows 365 Cloud PCs. This means VMs will no longer have implicit public IP addresses for outbound connectivity. To maintain internet access, you must configure alternatives like NAT gateways, public IPs, or outbound rules. Existing setups may not be affected immediately, but new deployments will require explicit outbound configurations. Organizations using Azure Network Connection (ANC) should review their network settings to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
