Hello @fruyaa
I understand that you have a Microsoft account linked to your Gmail address, which you no longer use, and you're receiving unauthorized access attempts. Now, when you try to close the account, it says that the email is connected to an organization where you're the only admin. To close the account, it's asking you to delete all license-based subscriptions, but there are none.
To delete a tenant in Microsoft Entra ID please verify below.
- Have you reviewed this document: Delete the tenant? If so, please check if there are any active subscriptions associated with the tenant. If there are any active subscriptions, you need to be Cancel your Azure subscription before deleting the tenant.
- You must remove any applications before you can delete the organization.
- No users are in the Microsoft Entra tenant, except one global administrator who will delete the organization.
- You must delete any other users before you can delete the organization.
- Delete all the resources and resource groups in the tenant.
I Can See from your second screenshot there is a license Microsoft Teams has been assigned remove it by following this document: Click Here.
If you cancelled your Azure Subscription, it needs to be in a Deprovisioned state to allow for organization deletion. An Expired or Canceled subscription moves to the Disabled state, and the final stage is the Deprovisioned state.
Additionally, as you are Global Administrator in Microsoft Entra ID, you might not have access to all subscriptions and management groups in your tenant. So, as you want to delete the tenant, I want you need to elevate the global admin access to delete the resources Click Here
I hope this information helps! please Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
