Migration didn't work as planned

Hello.

We had to install pretty complicated vendor SDK there and have spent quite a lot of time on it.

Finally we have came to the point where we need to run this VM in a cloud. Unfortunately the license there has been expired at the beginning of 2025.

Here is what was advertised by support agent before we joined Azure:

understand how frustrating it can be to have your VM shut down every hour, especially after investing so much time in setting it up.

For this kind of matter you can migrate your current VM, including the installed vendor SDK, to a new VM with a valid license. Azure Migrate is a tool that can help you with this process. It supports both agent-based and agentless migration methods

However, when we completed migration, the issue just persisted and we were left with the same image just deployed to azure. Anything we can do?
