Downloading an Attachment as a Word/PDF Document:
- Open the Email: Find the email with the attachment you want to download.
- Click on the Attachment: Click on the attachment icon or link.
- Download the File: Look for a download button and click it to save the file to your computer.
- Save the File: Choose where to save the file on your computer and click "Save."
- Open the document in Microsoft Word/PDF.
- Click "File" in the top menu and select "Save As."
- In the "Save as type" dropdown menu, select "PDF/Word".
- Choose where to save the PDF/Word in your local and click "Save."
