Did i bind the right account to learn.microsoft ?

Hi, i am currently logged in to learn.microsoft on my private account and i binded it to my working account.

This was important to keep my progress and certificates according to my teamleader.

Now i wounder if i should log into my work account and then bind to my private or log into my private and bind to my work account.
