Azure information protection label policy download issue

I have a desktop & AVD : Using AIP 2.16.79 on both devies , issue is on AVD - Getting error in Word - sensitivity - help - Label policy download error. User's image

MS word version 2019. User is e5 licensed.

Issue: Label policy downloaded error only in AVD win 10 but when same user login in Desktop win 11 , labels show fine and connected status in word.

tried re-installing the agent 2.16.79, re-login in word, reset the AIP in word, restarted AVD 2 times. nothing worked.

    Check whether you are using scoped policies that aren't configured correctly. could you please check- How to configure the Azure Information Protection policy for specific users by using scoped policies.
