My server is in a disabled state and has been like this for days.
I see this message:
The server is currently in 'disabled' state. Please wait for the operation to complete. You can refresh to check status. Reach out to Microsoft support if the operation is taking too long.
I tried az mysql flexible-server start and it did not work.

no upgrade. attempted to start the instance.

@Sai Raghunadh M who exactly are you? I can share the subscription id but some of the other info looked more sensitve.
I provided the information over DM. Anything else that I can provide as the DB server is still down?
